SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is therefore to provide an extraction device as above, but with a simple construction and which is easy to handle. This is achieved according to the invention in that the pull-out device consists of a pull-out member which comprises a first part with a longitudinal, at least partially internally threaded channel passing through in said first part, and a second part with a through-hole which forms an extension of the channel in the first part, the extraction means being connectable to the pin by inserting the first part of the extraction means through the open rear end portion of the sleeve to be threaded on a rear, externally threaded portion of the pin and the second part of the extraction means being brought into abutment against the open sleeve rear end portion, and wherein the pull-out means, by screwing the first part thereof onto the rear threaded portion of the pin while the second part of the pull-out member abuts against the open rear end portion of the sleeve, pulls the pin backwards in a pull-out direction relative to the pull-out means and fixing means. said one bone fragment and into the sleeve via the opening therein and into the channel in the first part of the extraction means and the hole in the second part of the extraction means. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figures 1-4 illustrate the extraction device according to the invention with different views; and Figs. 5-7 with different views illustrate the extraction device after it has pulled out a pin at a fixing member. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A device for pulling out pins at fixing means for fixing bone fragments in the event of bone fractures is shown in the accompanying drawing figures. The bone fragments to be fixed can be bone fragments in the event of a femoral fracture, femoral neck fracture or fracture of any other bone in the body. The fixing means is constructed as the fixing means according to the above-mentioned US 4498468 and SE 433166, to which reference is made for a more detailed description of the fixing means. Accordingly, the fixing member 1 has (see Figs. 5-7) a sleeve 2 with a channel 3 which is open and at least partially threaded at the rear end portion 4 of the sleeve but closed at the front end portion 5 of the sleeve. rear end portion 4 is externally formed with a thread 6 to be able to screw the fixing member 1 to e.g. a retaining plate (not shown) for an implant for mounting several fixing means for fixing the bone fragments in the event of a bone fracture, the retaining plate having threaded holes for the fixing means. Alternative ways of attaching the fixing member 1 to the holding plate are available. For example, the fixing member 1 can be clamped against the holding plate by means of e.g. some form of clamping means or by means of a locking means with threads which are screwed into the threaded holes in the holding plate. The channel 3 has at least one front limiting surface 8 which is inclined and opens at at least one opening 9 in a longitudinal side of the sleeve 2. The fixing means 1 further consists of at least one pin 10 arranged in the channel 3 in the sleeve 2 which in the shown embodiment projects at the rear of the sleeve when it is in an inactive position in the sleeve 2. A front part 11 of the pin 10 is by means of a driving device ( not shown) drivable forward in the sleeve 2 and out of the sleeve via the inclined limiting surface 8 and the opening 9 in the sleeve and into the bone material in one of the bone fragments. This front part 11 of the pin 10, when it is in the operative position, extends out of the sleeve 2 via the opening 9 and engages in the bone material in said one bone fragment. Hereby the fixing means 1 fixes the bone fragments to each other by means of the driving device. The extraction device 12 according to the present invention is intended to pull the pin 10 in the rearward direction relative to the sleeve 2 in order to pull the front part 11 of the bone material in said one bone fragment and into the sleeve when the bone has healed. The pin in the retracted position in the sleeve 2 is shown in Figs. 5-7. This position essentially corresponds to the position of the pin 10 in the sleeve 2 before the pin is driven out of the sleeve and into the surrounding bone material. According to the invention, the extraction device consists of an extraction means 12 which comprises a first part 13 with a channel 14, at least partially internally threaded through in said longitudinal direction, and a second part 15 with a through hole 16 which forms an extension of the channel. in the first part. The pull-out member 12 is connectable to the pin 10 by inserting the first part 13 of the pull-out member through the open rear end portion 4 of the sleeve 2 to be threaded by means of the threaded channel 14 on a rear, at least partially externally threaded portion 17 of the pin (see Fig. 7) and the second part 15 of the pull-out member is brought into abutment against the open rear end portion of the sleeve. By screwing the first part 13 of the pull-out member 12 onto the rear threaded portion 17 of the pin 10 while the second part 15 of the pull-out member 15 with a surface 18 abuts against the open rear end portion 4 of the sleeve 2, the pull-out member pulls the pin backwards in a pull-out direction relative those to the extraction means and the fixing means 1. Thereby the pin 10 is drawn, ie the front part 11 thereof, out of the bone material in said one bone fragment and into the sleeve 2 via the opening 9 therein at the same time as the pin, i.e. the rear portion 17 thereof, is drawn into the channel 14 in the first part 13 of the extraction means 12 and the hole 16 in the second part 15 of the extraction means 15. A simply designed extraction means 12 with simple function and which is easy to handle has thus been provided. The pull-out means 12 and the fixing means 1 can be designed so that when the first part 13 of the pull-out means is threaded on the external thread on the rear portion 17 of the pin 10, the abutment surface 18 on the second part 15 of the pull-out means abuts against the open rear end portion 4 of the sleeve 2 Alternatively, the pull-out means 12 and the fixing means 1 may be designed so that after the first part 13 of the pull-out means has been threaded on the external thread on the rear portion 17 of the pin 10, the abutment surface 18 on the second part 15 of the pull-out means comes into abutment against the open rear end portion 4 of the sleeve 2. This is mainly shown in Fig. 7. The through hole 16 in the second part 15 of the pull-out member 12 can also be formed with threads. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, this is not the case, since the hole 16 has a larger diameter than the channel 14 and also functions as a tool holder (see further below). The pull-out means 12 and the fixing means 1 can be designed with pull-out limiting portions which ensure that the pull-out of the pin 10 is interrupted when a tip on the pin, i.e. the tip of the front part 11 of the pin is located in or immediately inside the opening 9 in the sleeve 2. For example, the pull-out member 12 has such a portion 19 in the channel 14 (see Figs. 3 and 4), which cooperate with a corresponding portion 20 of the pin 10 (see Fig. 7). The portion 19 in the channel 14 is formed in the shown embodiment in that the channel has a smaller diameter in the last part thereof before the hole 16. The portion 20 is formed by a corresponding shoulder on the pin 10. It is also the smaller part of the channel 14 which in the shown embodiment has the internal thread (at 22, Figs. 3 and 4) for co-operation with the threaded rear portion 17 of the pin 10. The extraction means 12 may consist, for example, of a metal, e.g. a titanium alloy or steel, but can also be made of other materials suitable for the specified purpose or of combinations of different suitable materials. The pull-out member 12 can have a length of e.g. ca. 5-15 mm and a maximum width or diameter of e.g. ca. 5-15 mm. In addition, the first and second parts 13, 15 of the pull-out member 12 are in the embodiment shown in the drawings almost equal in length, while the first part 13 of the pull-out member 13 in the shown embodiment has a width or diameter corresponding to approx. half the width or diameter of the second part of the extraction means 15. A bracket 21 for a tool (not shown) for screwing the first part 13 of the pull-out member 12 onto the pin 10 and by continuing screwing pulling the pin backwards in the pull-out direction, may be formed on the inside of the through hole 16 in the second part 15 of the pull-out member. Alternatively, the bracket for a tool for screwing the first part of the pull-out member onto the pin and by continuing screwing pulling the pin backwards in the pull-out direction may be formed radially outside the hole in the second part of the pull-out member. This alternative embodiment is suitable if e.g. the hole 16 is also desired to be designed with threads. The bracket 21 may also have any other shape that allows adequate, secure placement therein of a suitable screw-in tool. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the extraction means consists of a screw 12 with a first part in the form of a screw shaft 13 and a second part in the form of a screw head 15, but the extraction means may alternatively have a first part in the form of e.g. a rod and a second part in the form of a handle or have any other shape suitable for the stated purpose. It is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the extraction device according to the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings, but can vary within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the idea and purpose of the invention. The extraction member and its various parts can thus have any other shape, size and design suitable for the stated purpose and the proportions between the parts may be different from what appears from the drawings.
